Fun & Fitness
Many children choose to dance strictly for Fun & Fitness. These classes allow students to explore different art forms while learning team work, discipline, developing muscle strength and tone. They could be very young or a little older but dancing for the first time. Others have been dancing for many years but choose to dance only 1 - 3 hours per week. Recital performances highlight the year in May.
The following are short clips from the Fun & Fitness type classes. |

Performance & Competition
After dancing a few years, some dancers enjoy the additional opportunities of dance competitions. Dancers benefit from the performance critiques of nationally recognized master teachers and performers. These dancers learn self control, confidence, discipline, motivation, patience, and commitment ...all invaluable life skills. Competition dancers are required to participate in a minimum of three weekly classes, one of which must be ballet.
